Fitness for Fun!
energetic, safe, stress busting, fat burning, FUN workouts...Most classes consists of a confidential weigh-in (optional), a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and a fun filled 45 minute workout. My classes are suitable for all ages and sizes and everyone is able to work at their own level. Higher and Lower options are offered at all classes. Most classes are aerobic based incorporating some toning exercises or if its something more strenuous your looking for you’ll love Bootcamp and HIIT or if your looking for something a little different you’ll love Boxercise!.
Wear something comfortable to exercise in - trainers, leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a T-Shirt are fine and bring an exercise mat if you have one (or a towel if not) and a drink (water/squash). If exercising only, arrive 30 minutes after class start time if the class timetable states there is a weigh in, in that class.
