My classes are suitable for all ages (14+) and sizes and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. Higher and lower options are offered at all classes. If you are looking for something the children can join in with as well you’ll love our FREE 24Fitcamp which is fun and fitness for all the family!

What to wear...

Wear something comfortable to exercise in - trainers, leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a T-Shirt are fine and bring an exercise mat if you have one (or a towel if not) and a drink (water/squash). If exercising only, arrive 30 minutes after class start time if the class timetable states there is a weigh-in in that class.
