    Bootcamp

    A combination of high intensity aerobic and resistance training that is easy to follow, fat burning, muscle building and improves your heart and lung fitness. You go at your own pace, whatever your age or fitness level.

    Boxercise

    Fun, energetic, addictive, safe, stress busting, fat burning workouts suitable for men and women of all ages and levels of ability. The class includes an aerobic warm up, technique training/practicing (with gloves and pads) followed by circuits/games to make it the ultimate full body workout!     HIIT

    HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is an enhanced form of interval alternating periods of short intense aerobic exercise with less intense aerobic recovery periods/rest periods and it is considered to be an excellent way to maximize your workout when time is limited. Great for fat burning!

    Cardio Workouts

    My cardio workouts are designed to be great fun, they are moderate intensity though everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace to raise your heart rate gradually. Attending classes regularly will help to improve your overall fitness levels and your health as well as helping you to lose weight and stay in great shape. To stay healthy or to improve health, adults need to do two types of physical activity each week, aerobic and muscle-strengthening activity which we also incorporate in class.
