I Love Claire for Fitness! The classes are great fun and friendly! I have lost 3 stone since I started.
As well as the classes I have learnt how to improve my eating and feel much healthier!

Claire offers classes for all abilities and the fitter you are the more she pushes you, making exercising fun and rewarding. Variety of classes available. Trying HIIT has been a revelation, how you can get so sweaty without doing aerobics I don't know, but it works! Feel better, look better and have fun! Highly recommended.

Since starting Claire's classes 18 months ago my fitness has improved immeasurably. The classes are great for a range of ages and fitness levels, within a friendly, non judgemental environment and are bags of fun!
