After having major spinal surgery 10 years ago i needed to get back into a fitness regime. I had seen Claire's classes advertised so decided to give it a go. I was welcomed by Claire and her class, Any exercise that i cannot do Claire will take the time to work out an alternative ( who does that in a gym unless you pay for a personal trainer each time ?? ) the support and positivity gave me the incentive to carry on. After starting with Cardio classes in January, i am now really happy to say i have graduated to Hiit classes and even the odd Boxercise class …Claire's Boxercise class is so much fun ! I have not joined this to lose weight as such but to improve my fitness although i must say i have dropped a dress size having fun ! Anyone looking to improve their fitness, body shape, nutrition and social life should definitely drop into a class ….would recommend Claire for fitness to anyone of any age
